Yes. If budget permit. Freehold and 999 Years landed property are the best options for future capital gain. 99 Years landed property is more of a pure living needs but not too much on investment return. Similar to our HDB flats, a need of space for some bigger family and could also be a dream to own a landed property for some buyers who can afford within a budget range.
