Why 99 house is usually has a bigger land than freehold house?

Great observation! I didn't notice that. It depends on area. Some estate has smaller/bigger land plots :)

Just becos of this pandemic will 99 yr landed, have a chance for 1st owners of such property make money and they are existing. But pandemic don't last forever, subsequent 2nd or even 3rd owners will be left holding onto this 99 yr baby and news would not be positive for them yrs later. As Eric says , in so many Singlish words..with a ending message....don't go for 99y landed is better!..HUAT AH!

Already spending millions on landed, always buy something worthy. Freehold land will never go wrong. 99 years landed went wrong many times already
