Yah i think we need a fixed amount rate instead of interest rate but at the same time banks would loose lot of incentives to give out loans, if that happens now there will be a huge housing market crash

No. We pay. It's structured differently. The house is in the name of a financier rather than you. The payment is split as principal( your share on property) and rent( you are staying in house). Once term is finished the house is in your name. If you can't pay for any reason you will get your principal back but not rent as you stayed. The financier still has house. So it's a win win situation.

If religion is not allowed to borrow money when dose making a change then the name won't make any difference as to why we have this religion-based baking system that will exploited very quickly everyone needs to re think.
