Don't simply retire from something; have something to retire to. Start saving, keep saving, and stick to investments..

It’s really heartbreaking to see how inflation and recession impact low-income families. The cost of living keeps rising, and many struggle just to meet basic needs, let alone save or invest. It’s a reminder of the importance of finding ways to create financial opportunities. You've helped me a lot sir Brian! Imagine i invested $50,000 and received $190,500 after 14 days

Absolutely! Profits are possible, especially now, but complex transactions should be handled by experienced market professionals.

Some persons think inves'tin is all about buying stocks; I think going into the stock market without a good experience is a big risk, that's why I'm lucky to have seen someone like mr Brian C Nelson.

The fact that there is already an excessive amount of demand awaiting its absorption, despite how everyone is frightened and calling the crash, is another reason why it is less likely to occur that way. 2008 saw no one, at least not the broad public, making this forecast, as I'll explain below. The ownership rate was noted to have peaked in 2004 in the other comment. Having previously peaked in the second quarter of 2020, we are currently at the median level. Between 2008 and 2012, it dropped by 3%, and by the second quarter of 2020, it had dropped from 68 to 65.

Real estate and stock investments may be good decisions, especially if you have a solid trading strategy that can see you through prosperous days.

To balance out your real estate holdings, I suggest investing in equities. If you're cautious, even the worst recessions can present fantastic buying opportunities. Additionally, volatility can produce fantastic short-term purchase and sell opportunities. This is not financial advise, but you should buy immediately away because money isn't king right now!

Yes I concur, I've been talking to an advisor for long now, mostly because I lack the knowledge and energy to deal with these ongoing market circumstances. I made more than $220K during this slump, demonstrating that there are more aspects of the market than the average individual is aware of. Having an investing counselor is now the best line of action, especially for those who are close to retiring.

Certainly, there are a handful of experts in the field. I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with ‘’Grace Adams Cook” for about five years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.

Sorry but the buyers aren't out there in SW Florida, inventory isn't moving, and prices are being slashed. In the NE US it may be strong, but this proves there are differences between regions.

This isn't true for most of the country. I live in the Chicago area which has one of the best house prices vs income ratio. Houses are piling up and prices are dropping. Why? Ridiculous prices, high property taxes, and high cost of everything. These ridiculous prices are not sustainable. People don't want to pay $500,000 for a $200,000 house. People need to come back to reality. Foreclosures are going to be off the hook next year. And no one needs to buy a house, especially if they are ridiculously priced. If you pay $400,000 for a house the last person paid $150,000 for your taxes are going to skyrocket, and most people are unaware of that. I'll put my life on it that the market tanks next year. It's already crashing. People are panick selling and no one is buying. Maybe up there in the Northeast the market is good, but it's always been ridiculous there. Mr. Wonderful even left Taxachustts, and he can afford to live anywhere. People just wait! Do Not buy a house now. Next year and the following several years are going to be the time to buy. And you can save this post to remind yourself, "I told you so. "

I looked at some new homes from toll brothers out of curiosity. They put 12 homes for sale in a future neighborhood in Littleton Colorado. The lady from Toll Brothers bragged to me on zoom that most of the future homes (barely under construction) were sold for cash. She noted that with that demand they expect the next batch of available homes to cost more as demand is up. When all of the construction costs are done these homes are between $700,000 and 1.2 million. You will not get into those homes for atleast 8 months probably a year. Investors are playing a game that no American's can afford to play.

Agree with DMV. Neighbor priced "lower" 40+ showings in 4 days, 6 offers, contract with no inspection, 5% over asking. 3 other properties in neighbor priced more aggressively are having their 3rd round of open house.
