Leo That is a profound conclusion. I was privy to the results of a study that found the number 1 trait that differentiates professional athletes from non-pros is their commitment to practicing and getting better. Not talent, not even working the hardest--it was the consistent practice and consistent conditioning, including overall lifestyle and commitment to the nutrition, rest, sleep, etc. Obviously those who did this AND were more talented/worked harder did better. Thought you might enjoy that.

+Matthew Berman I do strongly believe that better commitment is better result, however all the hard work needs to be done properly with the knowledge of what u train for, thus many commited people make mistakes during their workouts, and don't get the results they want.

shooting 3 pointers like my free throws... and getting them in most of the time. was able to shoot easily last time when using the chest pass method to shoot. now training for actual shooting form and have to develop the strength again...
