They really fumbled the gold figs in the 20th pack. The only good one is the arbiter. All they had to do was make each fig in a solid gold color and leave out any paint. They were so close to perfection 😔

I would have loved the 20th anniversary pack if they included an original colored spartan locke, Atriox, cortana instead of the gold ones. I would also prefer them adding a elite honor guard instead of 2 masterchiefs.

I personally like the marine, mostly because it looks kind of weird but it also reminds me of the cartoony side of them being toys, but also the spartan lower legs do take away from it being accurate, but again aside from accuracy if i was a kid and i just saw that figurine id love it. Green goes with the armor and the combination of the odst legs with the spartan boots is a kind of odd but good looking combination, it doesnt look bulky it just kind of looks sharp or sleek

I actually kinda like protector. I can't defend myself for liking it but I just thought it was weird looking and stood out amongst my other Spartans. (I also had fond memories of getting delta blind bags including him which probably plays a part in why I like him)

The protector might have some redemption if it had outlines. Gungnir for example is a machine-looking helmet, yet many love it since it empowers the spartan look (more machine than man, hence like a superhero)

I’m glad you put Chief on this list, not only is it not accurate, but there is discoloration throughout the armor. Not only that, but the shade of green doesn’t look very green, not a true Master Chief green.

If they had gone with just coloring him normally and others, the set would’ve been much better. 14:48 - Mega, seriously, Cortana’s not a food. She’s a freaking AI.

(WARNING THIS WILL BE LONG) For me, the worst figure was the Halo Heroes Spartan War Master. He was hard to move, hard to play with, hard to pose. I just didn’t like him. Now, as I watch the video, I’ll post what I agree with(not meaning to hate, just thought it’d be fun) 10. Yes Halo Three chief sucks, but for me, cause of the chest being huge. 9. This Johnson has all the pieces and paint work to be amazing, but the colors of the plastic just suck. :( 8. OMG WHAT IS THAT THING? And yeah, why does he have chiefs legs? 7. I don’t like hut dislike this one. As one who paints my figures. I don’t mind painting 6. I liked this one cause I loved seeing female figures, my problems with her are the same as yours, mainly cause they reuse this head over and over and over and over and I don’t like it. :( 5. Yup, the head again. 4. I have nothing more to say on her but this one is worse. 3. That has so much potential to be good, but also so much to be bad. 2. Locke was such a good figure, hated his character, loved his figures, and yeah, why the shoulders? 1. Goodness it’s hideous. It’s scary! Why why why why why.

H2/3 Chief may be inaccurate, but at least he's got chunky armor. The accurate pieces are honestly too skinny to look good. The gold 20th anniversary figs are terrible, but for me, the worst figures are any of the new articulation jackals (H4/5 or infinite.) They reuse so many base parts that they just feel cheap. Even the worst grunt has dedicated pieces, but a jackal feels like recycled elite parts with one or two new pieces slapped on just to call it a jackal.

I don't know what you're talking about with the reusing pieces from the elite for the Infinite jackal. The ONLY reused parts from the elite on that jackal are the forearms, hands, and undersuit parts of the legs (the lower legs and thigh armor parts are exclusive to the jackal).

It's a Jackal, it's supposed to be a cheap army builder. Grunts have dedicated pieces, yes, but it's the same handful of pieces reused over and over. Plus, they have less parts than Jackals do

Plus Jackals and Skirmishers have been in the heroes line almost as much as in regular sets, and they're pretty meh in them. A lot of figs introduced in that first Infinite wave in 2020 really suffer from reused pieces tbf

I know why the gold figures suck compared to the CE chief: The gold is translucent. For some godforsaken reason Mega picked a different type of gold plastic that is either much thinner or is just clear plastic painted gold. If you look at the feet of Locke and Chief, you can see through them a little but and its awful. Honestly I’m just gonna paint the Atriox and Locke, swap out Arby and Chiefs undersuit and flesh stuff for regular ones, and just leave cortana because she’s basically unsalvagable.

Personally I think they need to re-do Spartan Davis, his only figure appearance was in a battlepack and it just isnt it, its schoolbus Yellow and the visor is orange and its kinda hard to see the visor, I have every named characters and all iterations of those characters theyve ever made and in my opinion hes the most lacking one in terms of paint aps and color.

I really think you shouldve had -early Halo Infinite marines for having legs that are too long -Mk IV halo wars spartans for having completely inaccurate thighs, forearms, and chest armor -Infinite Master Chief for having wrong shoulders for years despite having the right shoulders made for the forward undo dawn suit -20th anniversary pack Linda for having MkVII shoulders??????? -Halo Heroes DARE for just having palmers head with blonde hair -H2 Arbiter from the heretic banshee and that fancy two pack which both still have kaidon arby feet and the halo 3 arby chestpiece - Halo Heroes elite ultra from around Infinites release that has a beautiful plasma repeater and a totally silver and gunmetal grey paint that is nothing like Infinite or Halo Reach had -infinites marine sniper and other types could use more work too if we're really being nitpicky. The snipers are given ODST helmets and they keep giving them random spartan shoulders to use

The marines I left out because there's nothing really wrong with them aside from being a micro-fraction too tall. Chief was left out too because the FUD suit doesn't actually even have the right shoulders, the real proper shoulders were just made. The HW Spartans suffer from the same problem as H2/3 Chief but the chestplate is not horrible. The Arbiter is just a great figure even if he has wrong armor and the Ultra is pretty much the same: great even though it isn't accurate I don't have Dare, but maybe she would have made the list XD

@@punctuate8937 Anybody who complains about the ODST helmets and the Spartan shoulders is missing the point of Mega: they are made to be pop and swapped. Mega tossed game accuracy out the window in favor of customizing options for the marines and it was fantastic.

Rtas is one of the worst to me. His unique head and helmet are incredible but it drives me insane that they didnt use the correct chest and feet because they literally have the moulds they just didnt use them

I definitely think youre too harsh on h2/h3 chief. Personally, the green spartans from the Spartan IV pack are waaaay worse. The difference in colour between the head and armour is... just so bad.
