I always love getting a new Banshee! I have one of these one the way, so thank you for the tip about getting the front piece to snap in. I’m very excited to get that Ultra, and I’m hoping my luck with the QC is a bit better than what you had here.

It really seems like this set is plagued with QC issues in terms of the figures Seeing as my first version had the infamous bad hand issue for the recon and the ultra's head ball joint just flat out snapped off without warning with the ball joint being really tight So I just refunded it and now I enjoy the set this time

It's surprisingly accurate. Slightly bright in the color area but everything else is dead on

Before I got this set I didn't think it looked that great, but the recon figure is amazing, I almost prefer the elite ultra to the my halo heroes version, and the banshee looks way better than you'd expect in person. I didn't have any quality issues, except that it's difficult to get a pin to fit into the slot in the recon Spartans back so he doesn't sit on seats too well

The Ultra's color is super super nice for sure. I've had a lot of figures that don't like the pin being pegged in their back but since the torso is slightly soft, if you get it in and out a few times, it sometimes gets easier

since you did the banshee version of this build you didnt need those extra pieces. but if you do the other option you’ll have to use those extra pieces but in return you’ll have leftovers from the banshee build. dont know if i explained it well im really bad at explaining things.

To answer your question about why there is yellow I belive that's meant to be the lights and plasma like in halo wars 2 the banished had alot yellow lights and plasma.

You have to remove the hand, heat up the arm with a hair dryer, mold the arm hole smaller, let it cool and replace the hand and let it set for a couple hours

I don’t really collect vehicles unless there’s figure in the set , but I really disliked this set. It feels really toyish and I understand these are targeted for kids, but I didn’t pick up this set.

I get the feeling that this set is the worst from this particular line. Nothing stands out on it, and it seems to have some serious flaws. I kinda want that spartan and I can already say the elite is nice having one from someone. Again though. You have seriously some of the worst luck with QC across the board when it comes to figs man. Hopefully you'll be able to get that guy replaced without too much hassle.
