Just got this thing a few weeks ago, love it. My only complaints are the whole no official way to attach the warthog and the rear landing gear can’t stand by themselves most of the time. But honestly if those are the worst things about it, it’s great in my book.

One of the He-Man skulls comes with a grappling hook and rope, and it's very easy to attach it to the back of the Pelican. It can hold a Warthog or Wasp without any problem.

It's been a thing since they started making Halo sets for Mega to not include two Hunters in a set. There have only been a few cases where they did include two, but for the most part, they would include just one. I'm guessing they cost quite a bit to include two of, which makes sense considering the size of them, and the detailing on them. But still, there really should be two Hunters in this set, especially since there are very few figures in it

I had the set from 2011, and the bags were not numbered back then. I'd work on it for a few hours every day after I got home from school..took me a friggin week to build. I loved every second lol thinking about buying this one too

I also got the original back in 2011… I was 12 at the time. I remember at one point kicking my wall so hard because I couldn’t find a piece. Once I eventually finished it, I had my cousins over so that we could play halo reach and mess around with the pelican. My cousin dropped it. I may or may not have kicked his ass. 11 years later, I’m 24, and I just grabbed this new one. Time to finish the fight.

Yep, all Mega sets have numbered bags now, unlike their older sets which went with the 'throw it in a pile and hope for the best' approach

This set is probably the coolest one though sadly, if some of us do have a bigger set of room to have this stored in as something on the shelf along with other sets, it’ll be the best thing to have but yeah, space would be another issue to have this fit. I liked that we also get to have Bro Hammer on the set, along with a Banished Hunter, and.. another Master Chief (though I find the Master Chief collection a lot better, just wishing that he has that more subtle metal edging paint application along with battle worn black wash in one, makes him stand out a lot more). I also agree with you that it’s hard to not give the entire Pelican some flying around, painful to not let it spread its wings to soar, and the Sidekick pistol not looking like a traditional UNSC magnum, I personally preferred the Halo Reach Magnum, the Combat Evolved variant, and the Halo 5 variant as well, so is the suppressed version from Halo 3: ODST, which I feel like we don’t even see that often, as I find it pretty sad that we don’t even get any suppressed Magnums in any ODST based sets anymore. 41:56, you just made me laugh at this part, a fire extinguisher used as a bubble tea smoothie would sound hilariously fun.
