DeMellier vs Polene | The One I Would Buy Again vs The One I Want to Sell

Hi. I have the demellier large Vancouver in smooth blk. I love the hardware and the strap doesn’t have holes to punch through for sizing so that’s a positive. I personally wear it with the strap doubled up on the shoulder. I am thrilled with this bag. I bought it on farfetch for $300 and it was brand new. It normally would cost $535. I love the smooth leather. It prob will scratch ( the hardware and maybe even the bag) but that’s to be expected. I love the leather for the price point and the locking mechanism closes easily when empty. I guess this is the advantage of going larger. Anyway I really love the demellier bag

Good review however I would go for the demellier as they have alot of other options , plus it has a more classic and luxury look. The polene looks really pretty but this one looks quite basic .. but it’s just my opinion though . They both look good still

I have a polne nano in black and i have to send it bach 2 tiles because of the strap and also the fermeture deleting from the leather

Its a tough choice but feel overall both bags are beautiful. Ive just bought thr polene and waiti g for it to arrive. Thank you so much this was v helpful 💫👌

DeMellier has more classic and sophisticated look. I prefer the London to the Vancouver!

I always crave a Kit-Kat after seeing the Demellier hardware 🍫 Thanks for the helpful review. I tried the Vancouver in taupe today and it was gorgeous, but I only trust the grain leather, the smooth is stunning but far too precious. I’m actually trying to decide between the Vancouver and the Polene Numero Dix, you helped me decide 😊
