I don't fully get why Demetori's music gets rougher and harder with each album, especially because it's totally unnecessary. "Sinen ni Nozomu ga Gotoshi" from 2006 was already a masterpiece, and I adore the calmness in those melodies. The more rythmic "heavy metal" approach from the newer albums sort of overwhelms that nice feeling.

An artist's style and taste can change a lot in 11 years, they're just adapting to what they like now. And I, for one, very much like their new style. But both their old and new stuff have their merit.
