Im very careful with who and what songs I cover these days. I wanted to cover this one for a couple reasons; firstly, can #anyone hear Demi Lovato? I can. I hear her message, I hear her cry for help in this song. So I thought to do my rendition of it to raise more awareness for #mentalHealth especially on #bellLetsTalk Day.
Secondly, aside from Demi being a high profile public figure and speaking out about her life, we’re ALL going through something difficult in our lives, whether it’s stress from work or bigger and scarier problems. It’s ok to talk about your struggles and open up about your battles that you face every day.
Let this song remind you that there is ALWAYS someone listening and always someone that can and will help.
Music is a therapy for so many, including myself. So, Please share this video for the message to reach thousands of lives that are affected by mental health.
