Considering the mental troubles she has had as of late, it is very impressive she has for now overcome her demons with new music, performing on stage, and looking healthy for the first time in awhile. I hope it lasts with her and she truly has her confidence back.

This performance was from back in 2015. I do, however, agree with you. She was on Howard Stern recently and she talked about how she relapsed after the overdose and had to go back to treatment. That the weight gain came from abusing marijuana and isolating herself due to depression over the weight gain.
