@ Tension doesn't always mean unsupported singing. You can have throat tension+ breath support, but it blocks resonance. In this case, the fast goat-like vibrato led to tension...

If the scope of its support G#3/B4/C5/C#5/D5(BE5) Although the BE5 straps are not well supported, they can keep their voice echoing, even that tone. I like their belts, especially when their chest mix is dominant in their voice.

I noticed that you confuse bad placement with strain. Some notes weren’t necessary strained, they were just badly placed and closed or overly open . Her low notes sounds always the same, just with a different audio quality.

Ch -Voce For some reason I changed it the subtitles from “unsupported” to “strained”. I can’t even remember why. I guess I just assumed if the note is not supported it’s because it has some kind of tension or improper placement or high larynx and I just summed up everything in “strain” :/

There is no signs of strain on that D5. I talked to thousands of people in the beginning of the year when this clip showed out. Most people only say it’s unsupported because “hurr durr Demi can’t support D5” but there is no strain/tension on this one.
