As someone who primarily watches MMA, it's crazy to see someone working from guard for this long. It's very interesting to see how much can be done from there without any threat of punches or elbows raining down.

That is because MMA eliminates the weak link in each combat sport.

You can't really attack from inside guard, but you have lots of options when they're in your guard. And if you're on your knees, it's harder to escape than to retain.
