I purchased Love Delight hoping my wife will enjoy it. As Valentines Day gift, it’s a blind buy based on my love for Amouage. She’s also getting Amouage’s Lilac Love and The Harmonist’s Yin Transformation. She has tested those two. Your take on Love Delight gives me hope she will love it as well (fingers crossed).

I like Guidance on blotter, but on skin? I didn’t get very sick (though I only sprayed on my wrist and not neck) but there was something rotten-green smell which was very unpleasant.

What I don't get about most perfume KZbinrs is their desire to have any perfumes that are very strong and have a lot of projection. For anyone who has a job of any kind out in the world, you can NOT wear perfume that you make the entire office or building smell. That is just a basic courtesy rule but many companies HR will tell you hey the entire office doesn't want to smell you. Nobody appreciates gagging during elevator rides with you. People's preferences vary so much so being forced to breath in air consumed by some woman's perfume is gagging and often leads to migraines. A perfume should never enter the room before you do! Just out of common courtesy for other people and is a matter of having class. Also, at night the entire restaurant does not want to be breathing in some woman's perfume while they are trying to enjoy their meal. So, this whole "beast" fragrance BS is clearly only for people that don't work outside of their home and need to be considerate of other people.

Hang in there. It sounds like you’re juggling a lot. I like your channel - you bring a human quality to it some of the others are lacking a bit. Admittedly, I only have seven or eight fragrances, but I’m 52, so I’m not out to build a massive collection - I just like the way they smell and researching them has led me to channels like yours and several others. If you don’t already have one, a therapist might be worth considering simply because a good one can help you think about issues or their root in a new way. And, when it comes to a schedule for yourself, try penciling one in and go from there - doesn’t have to be perfect out of the gate, but having some structure can help to keep everything from seeming overwhelming (a real motivation killer, right?). Easier said than done, I know. Anyway, keep up the good work. Best to you and Pierre and good luck with Sniff!
