Midnight Bliss doesn't necessarily turn you into a sexier version of yourself but rather a version Demitri finds more appealing. While Demitri likely does find her attractive he wanted to humiliate and strip her of her power And if you want to get deeply nerdy the meta reason is this. Morrigan's father Baal originally defeated Demitri and knocked him down all the way from an A- class demon to a B+ rank. Demitri originally planned to get revenge against Baal but he died so he is taking his frustrations out on his daughter instead.
