I wish there was a Vampire Savior 1 Arrange port with the dip switches built for the PS2 collection as a standalone title with rollback. Where it's Vampire Savior 1 with Huitzil/Phobos, Pyron, Donovan, Dark Gallon/J.Talbain, Oboro Bishamon, Shadow, Marionette & Dee. I consider this the definitive edition Vampire Savior 1 experience. Maybe one day...

I think puppeter must be controler the enemy body after wing and shadow must be a copy of the enemy in the match

On the version I have, it has the same select screen that you have at the beginning of this video. It doesn't have Donovan Baine. How can I play as Donovan Baine? Is he a hidden character on the game?

Sadly no, Savior 1 proper didn’t have him at all, everything you are seeing after the first hidden character Shadow, is from the Japanese exclusive Vampire, Darkstalkers Collection on PS2, there was a Vampire Hunter 2 and Vampire Savior 2 Arcade proper. But they cut other characters in favor of bringing back, Donavan, Huitzil and Pyron (Hunter 2 cutting the Savior newcomers and Savior 2 cutting both Jon’s, Sasquatch and Ruiko instead).
