You are undoubtably one of the hardest working individuals I have ever known. You set your mind to something and the fence is finished. Maybe because I have done insulation many times I seen there was insulation on the exterior walls but also suggested you put it on interior and 3/4 drywall in the walls and floors in bedrooms. This will do several things for you 1 sound proof especially with loud teens. 2 give a good fire wall in case of fire giving you more time to escape out of the house, 3 make it easier to keep your bedroom cooler in summer and warmer in winter.

Good job, Jake!! It's like a clean slate!! Have you thought about doing ship lap? No mudding and taping involved and looks great for a farmhouse!! I have some in my house and love it! You should also think about laying a thin sub floor over the tile! It might cost a little bit more but the time saved would probably be huge! And if it's asbestos it will contain the hazard! I'm just throwing that out there, not trying to be in your business, I just enjoy reno's. This is fun to watch!

Jake, I don't know if anyone has commented on your flooring, but you do not need to try to get up that old tile. Some of it could be asbestos. Just put thin sheets of plywood (luaun) and then put whatever flooring you want over that. You may have to deal with the bottoms of your doors, to make sure there is clearance to open and close the doors, but that's easy enough to deal with. You're going to need new trim, anyway.
