I want to make a full size puff quilt. How do I determine how many puffs I need?

Do the math. How wide - how long do you want it to be. If you want the puff to be 5 by 5 divided by 5 gives you the number of puff squares. The bottom size of your squares don’t change only the top square changes in size.
