In NYC, the mayor's enforcement of the vaccine mandate has not been met with such resistance because he did it in a gentler way. It could also be because his race is different. There are many starving people around the world that are ready to get vaccinated to get a job. If someone wishes not to get vaccinated, many would prefer to give the job to someone who will get vaccinated. A lot of people will feel that this blockage is taking away from normal business relations between US and Canada. At the same time, many will agree that some sort of vaccination is necessary for a return to normalcy. At the Bronx H.S. Of Science, the principal reassured all the parents in a conference that all the teachers are vaccinated and they have nothing to worry about. As long as the vaccine is not Johnson & Johnson, it has little to do with abortion and is not controversial.
