I did something similar to this years ago with my friends, but we just did unlimited time tag where the solo player was trying to demo any of the other players, and whoever got demo'd became "it." Could be cool to try this type of setup: 20 minutes on the clock, solo player is "it" and whoever they demo becomes "it." Whoever is cumulatively "it" for the least amount of time at the end is the winner.
