Please help an old guy out ( 67 and still playing). I've downloaded the sounds you provided to my computer. Now I need to know how to load them into my MX88. Can I copy to files from the computer as is to a USB and then use that to directly transfer the sounds to the MX88, or what step should I use? thank you for helping a techno limited keyboard player. I bought one of those earlier this year, and I didn't know what I had because for the longest time I was kicking myself for not getting the moxf 6. That was until I downloaded the bomb pack 2 since then I've been in love with it, but I still will buy the moxf 6

My current rig is a big ole Yamaha fully weighted 88 key board and a prophet Rev2, it’s fun and all but man is it unwieldy for most occasions, really looking to scale back with something like this.

Purple Pick yea same here I’m a keyboardist at my school (still a noob) when I played this I freaked out at how good/amazing it sounds especially the fricken Rhodes and Wurlitzer sounds the other ep sounds amazing too. I might ask my teacher if I can borrow it for a few weeks

Edward Middlecamp yeah the keys felt very toy like. Pretty much like any midi controller or keyboard under 250$. There is just this gap. I I have a Novation remotesl and also the Roland a-800pro and those keys feel great compared to the cheaper midi controllers on the market these days.

With this MX61 when you create a split, can you adjust the transposition of one or both sides? I'm guessing that you create a 'user' preset as such, then create a split with the adjusted preset(s). Also, is there any way to create a split of a split, so that essentially you have 3 presets in one split? So, maybe you're playing strings with the left hand, lead saxophone with the right hand, but you also have a horn sound way up at the highest C. According to Yamaha, v2 adds iOS compatibility meaning you can plug in the keyboard to iOS and use apps to play/record. Which is useless to me, being there are already 1000 sounds in the keyboard.😮
