Mr. Poncho, I was taken aback by your latest video, in which you insinuate that anyone who might vote for Waxed Weathered Copper Bulb must be a "Nitwit." I will have you know, to start with a point of etymological fact, that the contemporary word "nitwit" began as a compound of "nit" and "wit" (I will focus here on the former), with "nit" ultimately deriving from the Proto West Germanic term "*hnits," meaning "lice eggs." Certainly, I would not wish lice, nor any other topical parasite (bedbugs, ticks, etc) on anyone lightly. Meanwhile, if we look at the origins of the word "Waxed," we see that it comes from the Proto-Germanic term "*wahsas," which also refereed to wax, as in beeswax. We see then that "nit" is a word without fortitude, while "Waxed"----as in "Waxed Weathered Copper Bulb"---- has retained upmost relevance up to the modern day. Rightly so, when one considers what wax provides for us on a regular basis, for example, the crimson wax that protects many cheeses, including Gouda and Manchego. This is all to say nothing of the esteemed etymology of neither "Weathered" nor "Copper," let alone the pedigree of "Bulb." The only forthright course of action from this juncture is to repent and spawn into your world an, "Waxed Exposed Copper Bulb." Yes, exposed, not weathered, for exposed is what you now are----exposed as being yourself a so-called "Nitwit."
