It's not just the doing of one man or even a clique or just one party. It's a whole national culture and indeed a religion. Religious Israelis (just like Hamas btw) constantly boast (there's no other word) about being God's "chosen people" with all the ominous implications that has. She replaced Cornel West on Green Party ticket and I'd definitely expect to see her and her running mate get interviewed.
