I very rarely have an issue with details on Democracy Now, but the info on Jay Bhattacharya is not quite right. From what I recall, his take was to use serological information to find out who's most at risk for a given contagion and have them in quarantine or lockdown, while the rest of the population can continue on. Instead we are given the summary that he was in favor of herd immunity, which is quite misrepresentative. His procedure makes perfect sense if it can be executed properly.
