Selling food on the street is capitalism. Period. The laws against it are ones that are purely for and from the oligarchy because the US is ruled by an oligarchy. Even worse, if you own a business, and you buy products in bulk (chocolates, beer, sodas, etc.), in America you are legally unable to sell those products individually. You must instead sell them in bulk once again. So, there are less transactions, less purchases, less sales, and it is easier for the oligarchy to calculate whatever you make from resales. THIS is not capitalism. It is anti-capitalism. It is against the capitalism of farmer's markets.
