I have to agree with this assessment of US foreign policy. It's just not really a policy but to my simple mind just the continuation of the superiority complex of of the English speaking peoples which was so against my religious beliefs. I saw it and heard in Vietnam, in the invasion of Granada, in the refusal to accept other people choosing a form of government and an economic approach that was of their view of how it was best for them to pursue. It seems that "...life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness..." was written for only the American people and of those Americans that were truly American.
