Now imagine some guy holed up in there during a standoff and this guy shows up with an excavator....just gonna reach in and get you outta there. Still amazes me the operators and how fast they can take a building down. Had a multifamily building (12 units) come down in less than 3 hours on a public housing redevelopment with the same excavator. Crazy.
