Nice work! If you had to do it over would you still skip hiring the demo out?? I think you said it was going to be around 50-80k

Good question. Knowing what I know now, which I had no way of knowing prior to this-if I would've of met Tom who owned a huge vacant lot across the street, I would've pulled them over there first and broke them down over there. We still saved a decent amount of $$ - 40Kish total is what I think our total cost to get this done but I could've probably got it down to about 20-30k if I would've gone that way, by having so much less mess/trash. Live and learn though, no major regrets and we learned alot.

What is the zoning for a tiny home commiunity? It can't be residential zoning, right...? What is it classified as?
