The effect when you shoot makes it much MUCH easier to learn the spread and range of his shotgun since it noticeably shows the trails of the bullets

Dude I had to drop a sub after watching this for a second time, went and watched ashe vid, another giant W vid, keep up the AMAZING content, honest W, love it so much, and Anubis Reaper is built different, inly 10 prisms away from the base skin, returning to overwatch after a while ,last time i was on it was like season 4, and i love reaper now, keep up the great work.

Yeah, the reaper skin is crazy I barely ever played reaper in the past, but I've been playing him like crazy this season just because the skin is so cool.

He used to be a tankbuster in OW1, but not anymore in OW2, unfortunately (or fortunately?). Plus, Roadhog is kind of a spooky matchup for him since he can do a ton of damage to Reaper in his own effective range 😳.

@jery8647 so it's a combination of changes to reaper and changes to tank as a role. First, the Tank role is, individually, a lot stronger now and far less punishable by high damage output. Pumping resources into burning down a tank (especially if they're not anti'd) is wasting a ton of valuable time and resources that the enemy can use to punish your backline instead. Tanks also do a hell of a lot more damage now and pose a greater threat to Reaper. Another thing that affects Reaper's frontline playstyle is the lack of an offtank to peel for him. Traditionally, in 6v6, Reaper had an off-tank to protect him as he burned down the enemy tank. That could be in the form of a D.va using DM on him or Zarya bubbling him. In 5v5, Reaper is a much more fragile frontline presence. Reaper's changes in OW2 consist of mobility buffs and spread nerfs, all of which allow him to do something other than be in the frontline. He's a lot more effective at flanking/challenging the flank (very underrated against Tracer after the spread buffs) and finding openings to target the enemy backline. Also, armor changes really hurt Reaper, so it's honestly not super worth it. In the videos, you can see I try to make openings by being sneaky and punishing a squishy a lot more than I try to burn down a tank. Hope this helps!

@hillwoop9101 he still frontlines well but does a lot better vs. squishies, so you try to prioritize rushing down squishier targets first. You can also flank/control the flank with him, too. It depends on the comp you're running. Lucio comps you'd try to do the former (though you need a coordinated team for that). Otherwise, I would do the latter. For example, on Blizzard World's defense, I was just controlling that mega room most of the time, preventing the enemy DPS from flanking that way and trying to punish squishies on cart. We didn't have a lucio, so that was the play.

It is like pay to win skin! I love the teleport animation, no longer h/s by widows haha. It is just me or this skin doesn’t do any sound while using teleport? With the other skins he shouts “FLANKING!!!” , “I HAVE ARRIVED” every time

Hey, thanks! I use the same crosshair for (mostly) all heroes. Switched it up a bit ago from a regular crosshair shape. I use a Circle Show Accuracy: Off Color: Green Thickness: 1.0 Center Gap: 10.0 Opacity: 100% Then, the Outline Opacity and Dot Opacity are set to 0, so none of the other settings matter. I just wanted a green circle with no black lol.
