If you're having a bad time whit the red phantom. Bring a shield and shield up all his magic until he run out and after that let him hit your shield so he can bounce back and give an opportunity to hit him back.

I did everything i had to do, started by pure black, killed the red npc, that demon thing and finally the flamelurker in soulform. Killing the red npc and that demon brought me up to almost pure white but after killing the flamelurker i still wasn't at pure white... @@thomasmFR sorry, it will not change your world tendency. to get white world tendency people must invade you and then kill the red black phantoms, otherwise you are going to have to wait till next play through if all the bosses are dead in that world. you can have a friend invade you with a password and jump off a cliff, that will whiten your world tendency.

When you're summoned to help other people fight bosses or do good NPC quests, then your Character Tendency will go white (NOT your World Tendency). And when you kill NPCs and invade players - that gets you Black CHARACTER Tendency

He was the last boss that I needed to kill in Stonefang tunnels and the Dragon Bone crusher was blocked. before the was a universal tendency system in the original but it was removed when they added so many severs, yet still there are times where you tendency for all worlds would change when you invade, or leave a co op. Also you don;t want to get invaded if you happen to be in human form while you do this. In the end you don't have to do it

I was using this method in the tower of latria, I had PBWT and I started at the first spawn, killed black phantom Rydell and made my way to the church, they carried me up, was making my way to the primeval demon and I accident misinput and rolled off the ledge and dies(was in soul form) but when I respawned me my WT was neutral. Keep in mind that it sent me all the way back to the first spawn.

Its hard to tell in remake, even though they said it should be easier. thats why its easy to start from pure black (black orb with red glowing dots) and use this to go pure white (golden orb shining) But if you kill the bosses in soul form and never die in body form 2 bosses should give you pure white tendnecy

Does it have a yellow glow around it. If it is glowing yellow you might also be at the wrong location, because it is on the left path where you start the fire god fight

your tendency only updates when you teleport between archstones or when you go back to the nexus. The primveal demon spawns only at pure black world tendency

the npc appears at pure black world tendency so if you kill him and primveal demon you will be almost pure white. and if you kill 1 boss it would turn it to pure white. Only other way is to kill an invader but i dont know if its possible to get invaded after clearing the archstone

I got my world back to pure white, the icon is glowing yellow, but the Dragon Bone smasher is still not unblocked and the white npc of the wanderer isn't showing up either. So when you die in body form you lose 1 point and your tendency starts shifting to black. In my video I explained that best way would be to do everything in soul form and never go back to body until you get everything. The tendency mechanic is a very confusing system and wish bluepoint changed it from the ps3 version

Yes, do it in soul form though. Dying in body/human form causes tendency to shift towards black

I'm still confused as to how world tendency works in the remake. Hopefully me explaining my situation will help me get an answer since I need to get pure black soul tendency for Stonefang tunnel. I've been online basically all of my playthrough, and I've died in body form in Stonefang tunnel multiple times. I've also invaded and been invaded multiple times but I never got even below white. Is there something I'm doing wrong here or do I need to be offline?

Just use stone of euphemral eyes and die 3-4 times then go back to nexus and it will update

To get from pure white tendency to pure black you need to die 7 times in body form

@@flamemach9343 You can farm them from valley of defilement babies in the blood swamp maiden astrea boss area takes a while but they drop it
