It is a bit of a weird spot and it seems like she's main enough of a character to be added to a game like this but adding her would be massive spoilers for the manga due to her breathing style not being revealed yet. Rengoku doesn't play a major part in season 1 and like you said "they'll want capitalize on him" as well as everything from the movie, hence he will be DLC in the first pack along with Enmu, & Akaza possibly a train stage & maybe if we're lucky with the story as well. I personally am not a huge fan of those characters but I and many others would definitely purchase it!

okay so this is the first time I'm actually commenting on Globku's video here mainly because. we both have the same idea on the characters that'll be joining...but also have different thoughts in mind about them. (i am going to try my best and stay as far away from spoilers of the mugen train movie as possible) (Note before I say anything. This is not a hate comment. I'm just wanting to add on to Globku's thoughts or add my thoughts to his.) first things first....I feel this game is going to go from episode 1 up to the end of the Mugen Train arc (yes the Movie) The reason why I say this is because of Zenitsu's trailer for the game. Zenitsu says in his introduction trailer "Nezuko-chan, Ore wa Mamoru" which translates to "Nezuko I will Protect you". this is a quote from the movie's trailer as well, even said in the same way. I know this sounds like something Zenitsu would say anyway so it's not a big deal it's just a quote. but Zenitsu through all of Season 1 doesn't say this to Nezuko. he sees nezuko, chases her around, she comes to his mind and he screams her name numerous times in the spider demon arc. Zenitsu had no chance of saying this at all. until wherever in the movie he says this to her i assume directly. so it must be a tease that it'll be covering the mugen train arc as well. (again just my speculation) Secondly: the characters. all of these characters I can 100% say we have the same idea of who'll be joining. my only issues are Kyogai and Muzan I have no idea how Kyogai will play seeing he mainly shifts the room and whatnot in the temple. unless he's going to constantly beat his middle drum and make demon scratches all over the place I have no clue how he'll play. especially because he's going to be playable in the demon slayer mobile game too and we saw him do one thing there so it's a 100% possibility he'll be playable here too. and that transfers to shinobu as well but I'll get to her in a bit. Muzan...oh Boy Muzan...i honestly feel he's going to be NPC Story only because he really hasn't done anything besides hit a guy, inject his finger in a woman's head, make her explode, and deliver his child and wife somewhere I know nothing about. not only that but after that he changes his look entirely by the end so... I have no clue what to think for him. though a lot of people do want him, and I won't lie i'd like to see him too. but..i'd be happy if he stayed an NPC. not heartbroken I can't play as him but..i'd prefer him being full-final Boss. The Hashira - I honestly think none of the Hashira will be playable besides Gyu (who's already confirmed), Shinobu, and Rengoku (leading back to where I think the story will end in the game in my first point.) so.. I would take out Muzan from your list..and replace it with Rengoku and the 2 Demons I saw in the trailer of the movie. (which your list is 15 so I'd bump it up to 16 at MOST) which I feel is most serviceable. better than getting 25 characters on day 1. which also leads me back to Shinobu. She too is going to be in the Demon Slayer Mobile game and is probably one of the first few in the game too. so i have no doubt in my mind she'll be the next character playable within the game. both her and Kanao due to Gyu being in the game and aside from episode as for DLC i feel we'll be getting DLC in accordance to Season 2. so whatever happens in Season 2 we'll be getting DLC of the events that transpire there. i wouldn't be surprised if after season 2 is done THEN we get an expansion pass DLC of a new story mode with new characters attached. which i wouldn't mind. better than getting multiple DLC season passes covering multiple different things. i hope this helps add on or give you any more info to think on for the game =) i tried my best to not mention any spoilers for those who haven't seen the movie yet.

I think the movie might be a part of the game, for those that don't know the movie is basically season 2, but the arc would've fit weird in a season so it just made the most sense to have it as a movie. It would add 2 new playable characters (and a boss battle probably), and be a nice little way to cap off the game in my opinion.

Rengoku, Lower One and Akaza are probably gonna be a DLC. I think the main game will have all of the season 1 and then we will get the Ifinity Train DLC which would contain new stages, story mode, boss fights and those 3 characters. As for the rest... I don't know. Hopefully one day we will get the Uzui Arc DLC, the Swordsmith Village Arc DLC and the Infinity Castle Arc DLC.

I mean I feel like the character roster is going to be larger than people are thinking. First off, CC2 when releasing the Naruto games where going slightly ahead of where the anime currently was by about a half a arc or so. Sometimes a little more. But the manga was currently ongoing during these releases. Demon slayer manga is done. So they dont have to throttle themselves for any reason other than that this is the first game. So they could go like halfway through the whole story of Demon slayer in this one game.

@Globku, firstly, thanks for making this video. I’m glad to see that you have great interest in this game which would be the first non-sports game I would have picked since NUN Storm 3. I agree with all your predictions but your list is a bit too conservative. I can definitely see added on top of what you’ve predicted: Yahaba, Mother Spider Demon, Kyojuro, Enmu, Akaza. Yes, there’s no indication that the game will cover only season 1. The Mugen Train movie was released 6 months ago in Japan. No way its content isn’t included. So that to me would be a minimum of 21 playable characters. Season 2 content will be DLC for sure. And if CC2 want to get real creative, they would add the 4 lower moon demons slain by Muzan and give them exclusive movesets.

The sad thing when u only picking from season 1 of the anime is that u have so much lacking in movesets from characters we have seen (minor spoilers) Basically all of the pillars but mostly uzo cause he is amazing Nezuko gets some new stuff Tanjiros full moveset with the sun breathing Also not to forget all the new awesome demons But last but not least the original sun breather himself. So much stuff could be taken if they delved little more into the manga like they did with storm 4 story mode All in all can’t wait for this game to come out. There’s a demon named Akaza would for sure be part of a mugen train dlc if they were to go that route. Probably even more likely than Enmu, because Enmu wouldn’t make a great fighting game character considering he doesn’t do much actual fighting if any at all.

Well, now Urokodaki is confirmed, and so are Sabito and Makomo. But I feel like that prediction was spot on. I've seen the Mugen Train movie, and I honestly think the lower 1 oni member of the 12 kizuki won't be in the game, since his moves will be too hard to replicate. After that movie though, expect Rengoku to make an appearance in the game

I'm not super into anime but I loved Demon Slayer so much that I started reading the manga and am almost done/caught up (not sure if it technically ends or not). Although I haven't seen the movie either, I've read through the story arc in the manga and I think that characters from that story as DLC would definitely be the play! Also, no spoilers but I can definitely see other iterations of Tanjiro being released as separate playable characters depending on how far into the story they manage to get.
