Do you expect them to transform or something? It's treated like a regular awakening in naruto. They get a buff until it runs out same thing that happens in demon slayer.

@ in storm many awakening change the moveset of the characters or at least gave them new special moves. Here nothing

@Xtide- you're expecting too much. They got the marks in the show and were still using the same moves. Could they get creative with it? Yeah, they could have, but realistically, they weren't going to do that. Maybe it can change but the odds aren't that high.

Some new character, more story mode and some combined ultimate? They could simply add all that as dlc for the previous title. Innovate the game whenever a new chapter come out is the core system of the games, especially in the fighting games.
