Muzan doesn't have any child or wife. He just took on the identity of the real husband. Later on, he took on the identity of a child of a rich family. He constantly changes identity to evade the Slayers.

Yorichi showed the fear of death to muzan . thats why muzan is afraid of tanjiro because he wears hanafuda like earings and yorichi also used to wear those earings as muzan remembers the unknown swordsman. Breath of the Sun is the most powerful breath.
