For those who are still confused,No,Yorichi isn't Tanjirou's ancestor,he was just a family friend. It is said in the manga that he doesn't have any Tsugoko/Breathren so Tanjirou's ancestors decided to practice his Sun breathing which later passed on to Tanjirou.
