I guess few reactors here also misunderstood Sayo's words "he's a monster... he killed everyone". 14 years later Sayo still carries the guilt of what she said and yearns for forgiveness. Sadly time has alluded Sayo that she could no longer apologize to Gyomei for the rest of her life.

Muzan is walking slowly because of the Wisteria Barrier around the mansion....He is in a constant state of regeneration, that is why he is smoking....if you remember in season 1, the mountain that the final selection was held also had a Wisteria Barrier around it to keep demons out....that is what is happening in the end of this episode

The girl in yaboyrocklee is spitting facts on the fact that why didn’t the kid who ratted them out to the demon just stayed inside the temple because they were protected anyway with the essence of wisteria which the demon cannot touch.
