Random Fun Fact: The demonic creatures that Demon! Wally deals with are from Hindu mythology. Even somethings that Wally does are connected to Hinduism as well. A Rakshasa, (Sanskrit (male) Rākṣasa, or (female) Rākṣasī), in Hindu mythology, a type of demon or goblin. Rakshasas have the power to change their shape at will and appear as animals, as monsters, or in the case of the female demons, as beautiful women. An Asura(Sanskrit: असुर) are a class of beings in Indic religions. They are described as power-seeking demons related to the more benevolent Devas (also known as Suras) in Hinduism. In its Buddhist context, the word is sometimes translated "titan", "demigod", or "antigod". The Poses Demon! Wally does are connected to Hindu as well.

I love this approach to the story's lore, honestly it's much more wholesome than my threrioes ;_; Wallys realashionshop with home is really cute, especially how he talks to it ❤ my Theorie for welcome home is that the creature in the woods is some kind of demon or fallen angle that's taken over home (who was alive before the possesion) and began using it as a place to live in the neighborhood, then it possessed wally and has been using him to slowly corrupt everything, why? Dunno, demon stuff ig.
