Everyone needs to remember to record every single interaction with law enforcement. They will tell you ur not allowed to record them but it's not true. It's a constitutional protected right. Some cops might have body cams but that stuff disappears. And if u are arrested for filming a cop, u can sue. Everyone needs to watch 1st amendment audis on KZbin. This will teach u what u can do and the supreme court ruled cops can lie to u. Remember they are not ur friend no matter how nice they are being. All they want to do is lock us up.

Speaking of raids. About 19 years ago, I had 4 firearms confiscated in Mass. Never found guilty of anything. Nothing, but I noticed they wouldn't return the guns. They then made an offer to drop the charges if I surrendered the guns. I told them I would, then changed the paperwork around to read that the guns had already been sold to my in laws. This jacked their entire plan up. They were so happy to have me agree, apparently no one was reading what I signed. Fast forward 2 years to 2006. I filed a lawsuit in Federal court. When I say I filed, I don't mean I got a lawyer. I mean I wrote the case. I filed it. Within a month their position collapsed and they had to pay for all 4 firearms. So I ended up losing 2 broken and 2 working ones and picking up 4 brand new replacements. The moral of this story is watch what you sign and never believe threats or take stupid ass pleas.

Civil asset forfeiture needs to be outlawed, you don’t have to be guilty of any crimes or even be found with drugs and they can still take your property. If you get pulled over and found with a large sum of cash the cop can confiscate it on the spot and you have no recourse to get it back.

This is a paragraph from Diane Ruberton's 100 page complaint letter against the prosecutor in my case and is from the lawsuit that was finally settled by the state of NJ for almost $2 million dollars to prevent recently resigned Atlantic Co Prosecutor Damon Tyner (the prosecutor that engineered my wrongful conviction) from civil and criminal litigation. The person they're talking about is James Leonard Jr Esq., who is not only Tyner's BFF but by happenstance became my fiancé's lawyer. The date of April 14, 2018 is 11 days after my Grand Jury indictment, so at this very time James Leonard JR Esq is telling my fiancé that if she contacts or aids me in any manner, that the man he is snapping 'selfies' with and putting on Instagram is going to take her home via Civil Forfeiture. I don't think I have to explain how entirely unethical this situation is or was. "In fact, on or about April 14, 2018 Defendant-Tyner and his friend (brother of the attorney who was reported to have smuggled contraband into the ACJF) attended a concert together in Philadelphia and a photo of them together was posted on Instagram"

So weird, I randomly listened to a podcast about this case a couple weeks ago. I rarely listen to podcasts, or even watch tv really but when I do it’s usually something like docs on serial killers, etc. Even though this wasn’t that, I randomly listened to this. Of course, what they said was different in alot of ways then this. For one, the warrant that the husband pulled the gun on the police over didn’t even have anything to do with the murder, it was for potential insurance fraud and they were coming to go through his paper work at his office. He just freaked out. Also, they said on the podcast, it took a year for the husband to find someone in the MC or related to the MC who was willing to do a hit on his wife. That everyone kept turning him down. Like I said though, that’s just what was said on the podcast. Don’t even remember who it was by; it was so random. And I never went back to listen to anything else by them. This is messed up though, regardless of what happened. He definitely didn’t get a fair trial. He was an easy target for them to paint, instead of having to do any real police work. His family also being dragged through the mud is horrific and shouldn’t be unaccounted for. Seems like things like this happen all the time now or it’s just finally being brought to light. Government finds easy targets to paint as the villains, where they don’t have to do any actual work in proving their guilt, while also come out looking like they are heroes or something. And a lot of the public take it at face value and just blindly accept it. Reminds me of what I told my son the other night. He was just blindly agreeing with something I was talking about, it was obvious he didn’t actually know anything about it. I stopped him, told him I appreciated that he wanted to have the same opinion but to never just blindly go along with what anyone says. Even me, family or friends, groups, organizations, government, anyone. I Told him to question EVERYTHING, educate yourself, and make your own opinions. Even if his and mine differ one day, that’s alright. My mom always taught my sister and I the same thing. Educate yourself and make your own opinions/beliefs. Even with things like politics, morals, or even religion, which was prominent in my upbringing. She was big on not blindly following, and us taking the initiative to learn and figure it out for ourselves. So I’ve done the same with my son. The only chance we have as a society for the future is to make moves to make changes now. And raise our kids, to do the same. To never take things at face value, question everyone and everything, and EDUCATE themselves. Then advocate when it needs to happen. All this craziness, It just needs to stop. Great show though! Hoping to catch the live on Friday. It’s just going to be harder for me to make it all the time like before with it being Friday and at 6 but I’ll do my best! #Ghostin⚡️🖤

Prosecutors should have ALL cases thrown out of court if they speak a single word of it publicly before the jury deliberates. The public does not have the right to know details that could impact our fair trial process, but they WANT it and are spoonfed specific details. We have a rash of high-profile cases that show this clearly in the past 20 years.

Robert you are 100% correct, Damon Tyner did press conferences and his 20/20 program before my trial. A full media blitz. He told the lie that the Doc needed to be moved to a different jail while all the time KNOWING that his own staff and the FBI created the fake hit on the Dr - that they openly confessed to at my trial. This prosecutor was actually selling a myth that he confessed to 8 months later at my trial. They all knew that the doc was never in danger in the jail. Glick got on the stand and called the hitmen 'fictious' because it was all made up by them.... They moved Dr Kauffman to Hudson Co jail and he killed himself. The prosecutor in my case from Atlantic Co NJ, Damon Tyner, recently resigned in disgrace. People can go on my Facebook site and read the lawsuits against him that the state of NJ taxpayers paid almost $2 million to settle, they both included my case in one way or another.

The sad truth of the matter is that many PAs have political ambitions and many voters are impressed by conviction rates. Whether or not those convictions were obtained through true application of our laws is never reported in the media at the time and only rarely after the fact; unless the prosecutor in question later is found guilty of high-profile crimes themselves no one ever questions their “successes.” Add in that if a DA goes down for provable crimes then ALL convictions that came through their efforts or under their watch MUST be reviewed; this is one of the major reasons such people are seldom investigated and even when they are and are guilty they almost never go to trial nor is the matter made public. This is a serious flaw in America’s criminal justice system and since the lawyers write the laws, judge the laws, etc changing this sad fact is an extremely uphill battle.

Just goes to show how important it is to be or to become unified. Unification would not only mean a stronger presence to counter this perversion of legal proceedings. The authorities see the MC communities as easy targets because they're individual targets. Unification could also mean the unification of assets to fight this sort of BS with. So, not only unified by strength of numbers but also financially too . Much more difficult for those corrupt and lazy authorities to get a handle on you because you've got a lot more at your back. fun fact... The first time i personally seen MC style bikers portrayed as stone cold killers for hire on mainstream media? The movie 48 hrs with eddie murphy and nick nolte... to be fair SOA dont paint it ANYWHERE near as bad as 48hrs did... SOA? Sure it makes it out they crazy ass gun runners with no qualm's about killing FOR THEIR CLUB. 48 hrs? According to them every nomad biker is randomly a killer, a rapist, hard drug using kidnapper who will shoot up a entire nightclub with uzi's and drop 20 civvies just to hit that one cop thats on to em...and they will just pick up and ride to the next town usually after their crime sprees.. ACCORDING TO THAT MOVIE'S PORTRAYAL OF BIKERS!🙄 The whole club/gang thing dont even show its face.. Its just... "biker with cut = all of the above" It isnt sons of anarchy that started this narrative.. SOA? its just ONE MOVE on a chessboard that the bigwigs been playing on for decades. The shows, movies etc? They're not the problem.. The problem is the long running agenda that big wigs BEEN pushing for longer than ive been alive about the "big bad biker boys".. We GOTTA see the forest from the trees, before they cut your asses down with a BULLSHIT narrative. And thats true.

How can anyone receive a fair trial when the media via the prosecution has already implied a guilty verdict. Isn’t it up the judge to rule what can be tabled as evidence and if sufficient proven evidence can not be provided then why is the trial allowed to go forward. If the prosecutor is fired or resigns under questionable circumstances shouldn’t all convictions under that person be at least reviewed and if it’s found evidence was tampered with or fabricated then the convicted should be released and exonerated.
@freddymade2 жыл бұрын
In my case, the judge was part of my railroading. I don't wish to seem paranoid but when you look into my case, it is easily seen that not only the judge but even my public defender was so invested in my conviction because of the fervor that surrounded this heinous murder that I had nothing to do with. And this case was the chance for the FBI and NJ prosecutor Damon Tyner to achieve the state RICO case involving me, as a member of my MC club, that they have been attempting to do for years. Basically, they are attempting to make case law on the RICO case to be used against MC clubs in the state of NJ...even though my MC club had absolutely nothing to do with my case. If you had the ability to read judge Bernard Delury's jury instructions, that he repeated constantly during my trial, he says the proper name of my MC club over 25 times along with the words 'Freddy's crime world' and 'mafia'. And this oddly enough was supposed to help my jury abstain from prejudice against me. My entire trial was a fraud.

This case is clear example of the old theory,” somebody gotta gone down for this murder”. Doesn’t matter right guy, wrong guy, somebody needs to be buried up in Trenton. Very high profile with tons of pressure to “solve” it. The victim is dead, the killer is dead, and then the Doc is dead. Left with a CI who was trying to crawl out from under a mountain of RICO charges. A man in his position would say anything. Last man standing was Freddy. Representation is lagging where I'm located too. when the subject of the case is something that the ruling class finds unpleasant be it dope or exercising one's rights, the machine wants you sold out at any price and lawyers will sell you out in a heart beat, who you going to go to after that, a different mouthpiece that's part of the ruling class. Good luck all you can do is ride it out, The best way you can .

@ninajefferson40182 жыл бұрын
@Demons Row well of course your not. I'm just saying these are made up identities from many apps called deepfakes. All to incarnate citizens and get the weapons to defend themselves out of their grips. Just wait. Soon you'll see. Be an imitation of the nazis confiscating citizens guns.

@@SoseTheGhost so you're say all his brothers are lying on him. that he didn't pay some meth head to take her out. that he didn't get caught up with some wannabe old biker (the doc) because of money....did you not watch the recordings or hear them.. its hard for bikers ( with the law)and dude wasn't making it easy for anyone
@jonathanreeves84802 жыл бұрын
Just to let you know the recordings that you were talking about they were throwing out of content so the recordings was not evident so no there were no recording as evidence
@freddymade2 жыл бұрын
@@jazzc9044 FYI - at my trial Sgt James Scoppa of the ACPO and Andrew Glick admitted that the hit on the Doc was a fraud - it was fictious, they created it. Glick also confessed at my trial that I never offered him any person or any money to carry this hit out. I had absolutely no relationship at all with this person you're referring to as the 'meth head'. Andrew Glick clearly states over and over that he will do anything to stay out of jail and I am certain that you are not aware of the fact that at my trial it was brought out that he was paid over $10k cash for his testimony by the FBI & ACPO besides being 'let off' and all his charges dropped in his own case that produced dozens of 1st degree federal and state drug and firearm charges. Respectfully, it is obvious to me that you have no idea about the realities or the intricacies of my case nor the persons inside of it. You may want to take the time out to read all my hundreds of FB posts that describe in detail the multitude of disingenuous NON FACTS, much like the things you were saying, that have been presented to the general public from a variety of media types trying to make money off a dead woman. On another note - Thank you Sose, I appreciate your concern for the truth.

@@DemonsRow clubs calling truces right? Surely somebody out there got friendly enough relation's with the pagans to sit down and hash something out. This is true injustice hes facing. And the government, as you guys know, arent happy with just putting one biker away. This will either be answered by a united front? Or THEY WILL PULL THIS SHIT AGAIN. This is exactly why i love this channel lately though.. Im preaching to the choir over here.
