I walk with my head up high cause I know I don’t do any brother wrong and show everyone equal respect. A 1% sticks his chest out and shouldn’t fold in any situation. Like anything clubs need multiple different personalities. You need your leaders, you need your muscle. Also you need the guys who have that good public face who can do the pr to the community you are in. Not everyone likes fighting, not everyone likes chatting with other people. To thrive mcs need that mix of personality types.

It`s like being in scouting. You work for everything you have earned. It`s a great feeling when you earn something. Whether a patch, badge, plaque. But it`s not about the badges. It`s about the knowledge, and the brotherhood, sisterhood, the extended family.
@bearcanada35804 жыл бұрын
Everyone has their own opinion but this ain’t the Boy Scouts at all. And 1%ers do not ever signify their earning as “badges”. But your right when you say you work for everything.
@craigapelbaum16294 жыл бұрын
@@bearcanada3580 Yes I know. It is always better to put the work in for that patch, even if it I years to earn that patch. It's the same with work. At a job. An employer sees an employee is doing well. A raise and a promotion might be granted to that employee from the employer. Maybe.

If he was part of a club and saying that shit you should have taken his rags and told him bye. As a diamond holder…if someone comes from another club I’m skeptical. If you left your brothers, why? Was it you, or the club? And if a member is talking like I’d join this club or that club. Then go do it. Don’t sit here and tell me that. That means your not about this club. Youre about patch chasing. And fuck that. A 1%er knows he’s a 1%er before he puts that diamond on.

It became one of mine after that! You take a fry pan put in sausage add water half full. Heat at medium when it's half cooked add peppers and onions cook maybe 10 minutes until sausage is almost done add to pot of spaghetti sauce serve on toasted sub rolls add parmesan cheese if wanted!

My club was directly involved in the term being created. In the Holister event in 1947 the Pobob, Boozefighters, Marketstreet Commandos, and Galloping Goose MCs took over the town. After that event the AMA put out a statement with the famous drunk picture emerged in the paper stating that 99% of bikers where law abiding. It was taken as a badge of honor after that. The guy in the background of the photo was rumored to be part of my MC but that was never verified. @dickvansteijn41153 жыл бұрын
@@missedemrick that,s true. The photografer later confessed the famous picture was fully staged. Don,t know much of US 1% culture, in the Netherlands the story is different. I know Dutch 81 were firefighters, ambulancedrivers/first aid responders, mechanics drivers etc. Nowadays the authorities cracked down really hard on them after years in court being unsuccesfull to outlaw the 1% clubs here. It took over 10 years and now not a single club has a clubhouse and wearing their cuts is a crime. Ofcourse they went even deeper underground. They even went after Veterans MC whose only "crime" is they fought and bled for our country and after returning home they just were unable to fit back into society. So they organised into a MC for veterans only. I don,t know if they wear the 1% diamond but the Dutch authorities going after them I concider a crying shame.

Love your brothers, love your country, have respect and be respectful, and be a man who can stand up for himself and his family. That is awesome - I wish this is how every man was, but it seems like this is becoming rare these days in the world. The world of the 1% is a model for how people should be with each other and their community. Thank you for the videos, I have learned so much! I still ride a rice rocket and do a lot of track days so I definitely don't have a 1% bike, but I have tons of respect for every rider I see on the road and seeing a club in formation on the road is an impressive thing to see. It takes skill to maintain a formation like that, seeing all those guys out enjoying the ride makes me happy. My bike is my therapist and also my mistress - she's a lot of fun but also gets me into a lot of trouble. lol #ghostin

1% comes from the 1% of the American public that joins the military. Most mc's started from military men that after leaving the service felt lost without that brotherhood

#ghostin I just wanted to say something about the treatment of prospects because I think that some prospective members may be put off by what they've heard.I certainly do not claim to speak for all MC s,,but our club will never expect a prospect to either break the law nor start trouble with a rival MC member.Sure,they will get the shitty end of the stick sometimes,like cleaning the clubhouse and watching over or cleaning member's bikes,but,on a run for example,they will not be expected to ride to the same standard as the members,although,some certainly can,they will always be entitled to the protection of the members and they would never be expected to do anything that may be at odds with their beliefs or ethos.We also,as a club,adopted 2 rescue cats who have the run of our clubhouse the prospects may be required to clean their litter trays and make sure that they always have fresh food and water! With regards to our probationary period,there is no fixed time period,we vote on making them up to members when we are sure of their commitment,this could be anything from 2 months to two years,but generally,we can usually tell if the prospect would fit into our club within 4 to 6 months.

Can you talk about the protocol for when members of MC go out to a bar for some live music at a location that is not so much a biker bar but a regular place ? I’ve seen some clubs go out to bars in local areas they were all wearing their cuts. Nothing happened and they were just there for the music . I was just wondering that’s all. . You should also do a show with the topic about leaving an MC, on good terms and bad. I left a 1% MC on good terms. The life was getting a bit rough for me as a father. My daughter means more to me and a promotion at work took me away from the MC too much. But I’m still close and spend time with my Brothers. However, I am going to cover my 1% ink. We also don’t haze. Your comment about prospects keeping their respect as a man is Spot On! Props to you Brother. Our clubhouse in the hood was respectful to and respected by our neighbors. Neighbors always let us know when the law was on patrol in the area. 😎👊🏻🇺🇸

Ghostin on 2s good show big homie. So I do have a question. My club got a blessing from a dominant 1% club and we show respect to all but how would it look if we were in a bar or something like that and we were respectfully getting along with the ones that blessed us enimys? I'm not talking about breaking bread with them but socially getting along in a public place. Would that be considered disrespectful to the ones that blessed us? And what if there was an enemy of the ones that blessed us that broke down on their bike or got in an accident wood that be disrespectful to help out another biker even though they're from a different organization? Please help me clarify this fine line brother. I've been in this for a while but I will never be done learning and thanks to your good info I've learned a lot thank you so much...L&R to you and your brother's

I sure wish that y'all were down in this area. Because then I would be interested in hanging around. As far as joining a club. Your absolutely right. It is really expensive and with my income. I don't have the money. Being on social security disability. I wouldn't be able to make it. And all the riding time. My feet and my health. I wouldn't make it. I'm considered being crippled. As I had told my doctor today. If I'm not riding my bike or on my riding tractor. I'm in a wheelchair. Because of having a hard time being able to walk. If I didn't have all the health problems that I deal with every day. I would definitely be interested in joining a club. Since the odds are always against me. I get out and do what I can. That's all that I can do. Is my best. Listening to y'all's videos on the KZbin page and now that I'm able to get back on that Facebook page. I share what you ask to share. You speak more of the truth and I'm able to understand to what y'all are saying. I have the upmost respect for this demons role and again if y'all were down in this area. I would definitely enjoy just being a hang around. y'all's good people sose the ghost and I've learned a lot just from listening to y'all. I'm not a young pup. I'm at the top of the hill now and starting to work my way back down the hill. My health problems are a lot worse than when I was younger. Nowadays if I have to walk any distance at all. I have to wear a brace on 1 foot and a medical boot on the other foot. So joining a 1% club. Because of my health. I'm not able to. I watch all y'all's videos and I do what I can to support y'all and I do what I'm able to do and what I can do. That's the best that I can do. Y'all who are in an MC club. Y'all have been blessed to the highest level any man can go. I will always respect y'all. Because in my opinion y'all are #1. As far as the 99% I'm not there either. I ride alone. The only time that I ride with others is when I'm able to with charity events. For the most part. I ride alone and I'm not one to bother anyone. I'm a ghost rider a lone wolf what ever people choose to call it. If y'all were down in this area. I would enjoy just being able to be a hang around. I respect most all 1%ers. As far as being a 1%er. I sure wish that I could. As far as the 99%ers. I'm not there and I don't care to be. So I stay to myself and get out and ride my bike when I'm able to. Other than that I'm in a wheelchair and I do what I can. God bless yall

I knew of old bikers in my hood that told me stories and how it has changed to just getting loaded to becoming a tight group with the ups and downs each club has the mission is to stay alive and actually LIVE for those who cant. Ride what ever you want as long as it a worthy motorcycle, that's not part of being 1 percent, the attitude of the individual is. Earning the patch makes it official that your in the ranks, you can have the right attitude but you didn't earn the right to call yourself one untill you earn it, can lose that right of you brake the code, like snitching or abandoning a brother, if the club brakes up or you don't continue with it because of very legit reasons like cancer, but keep the life style and attitude your still 1 percent
