You know, I have watched every Singtel video you have released. I love the channel, I love the topics, and I appreciate how transparent and honest you are when you talk about things. You admit when you don’t know, you try to keep topics to topics you know about, and that shows a level of maturity to the entire channel that you don’t usually find. As far as the 1%er/outlaw topic, I can’t speak 100% on it. I know about the back story at Hollister CA, about the AMA saying 99% of motorcycle riders are law abiding citizens. There is one thing I can speak on though and that is that not all outlaw clubs wear a 1% diamond, some clubs don’t give everybody a diamond because you have to earn it. The club I ride with wears a diamond that says “0% NICE” to separate us from other outlaw clubs. It is 100% an outlaw club, and when you go by the “traditional definition” then yes we are 1%ers, but we do not call ourselves that. The ONLY reason we don’t though is because we don’t fall under any other club, and we are one of the first clubs in the world to be 100% racially integrated. Being a mixed race club in the 60’s, our nation felt the need to march to the beat of a different drum, and that is really the only reason our diamond is different. I can not speak any further than that on the topic because I am not authorized to do so, and out of respect for my brothers and my nation I will leave it there. You are welcome to google our diamond and you can find some general knowledge and public knowledge about us. Also, if you guys are ever rolling through western TN feel free to hit me up and we can break bread. This area is nothing short of amazing, and there is some of the most beautiful scenery to ride through.

Just the vid for me, Sose! Only a relative youngster, been increasingly disilusioned with "mainstream" people by the day - generally they have no backbone. I'm nowhere ready to get in the mix just yet, but I *will*. I have as much loyalty, respect and honour to offer as I believe you guys do. Me and my actual blood brother share the same brotherhood, but we need a solid tribe, as our family and a lot of others in our lives, have been pretty bad. It`s like being in scouting. You work for everything you have earned. It`s a great feeling when you earn something. Whether a patch, badge, plaque. But it`s not about the badges. It`s about the knowledge, and the brotherhood, sisterhood, the extended family.

Was it you, or the club? And if a member is talking like I’d join this club or that club. Then go do it. Don’t sit here and tell me that. That means your not about this club. I’m over 60 and the story I heard was there was some kind of congressional hearings about motorcycles and MC clubs and somebody in those hearings said “you know it’s only 1% of motorcycle riders who give the rest of up a bad name” or words to that effect. Now that’s just the story I heard and it’s second hand so I can’t swear by it. Also the first clubs, like you pointed out in another video, where returning veterans a lot of them where pilots used to flying in formations so it was only natural for them to ride in formation.

This was a good clip. I have always wanted to join an OMC but never did cause I wanted to take a few years to become a polished competent rider and not some new bird causing pile ups on a turn. Now the issue is I have some friends that have gone the diamond club route and as Freind's do constant pressure to prospect where it's actually caused me to hang around less and less and friendship to drift apart. The reality is I always wanted to be in a brotherhood where I feel like I fit in BUT even when hanging around I feel like I never blend with anyone. So I think I'm just an Anti social and best to stay a loner and just enjoy the roads and if someday I find a club that seems like I could be a good fit and a good brother to the club and able to bring something worthy to the table and not feel awkward then that will be the time to revisit this thought. #GHOSTIN. Got the hat coming in soon. Gonna be the first up here in Toronto to rep that. Switch the profile pic once it's on this noggin. Take it E Z Man.

Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light” (2 Corinthians 11:14). Note that the Bible doesn’t say Satan is an angel of light; it says he only masquerades as an angel of light. In other words, sometimes Satan puts on a disguise (as it were), and makes it look like he actually stands for good instead of evil. When the devil offered to feed Jesus by turning rocks into bread, he was masquerading as one who wanted to do good-or as an angel of light (see Matthew 4:1-11). But Satan is not an angel of good or of light; he is the opposite. Jesus said that Satan “was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies” (John 8:44). Satan will try to deceive us and make us think that his way is best-but it never is. Martin Luther rightly labeled him “the prince of darkness.” Don’t fall for his lies! Yes, Satan is our foe-but never forget he will not win! By His cross and resurrection Christ has defeated Satan, and some day “the devil, who deceived them, (will be) thrown into the lake of burning sulfur … for ever and ever” (Revelation 20:10). Whose side are you on?

Even though I stepped away any one of them can call and I'll be on my way and they would do the same. This is brotherly love. Gangsters will never have that (been there done that). That's why they are called gangsters and we are called brothers. Keep up the good work brother. familia sobre todo, hermanos hasta el final

Sonny Bargers book was great if you haven’t read it. I got lucky and found a SIGNED copy at a local thrift store. Then I felt kinda bad thinking maybe it was a revenge move by an ex old lady. Hopefully not. No last name so I can’t track down the original owner to see if he wants it back. In the meantime, I’ll give it a loving home.

Wasnt on this at first . I am not gunna lie thats so true about 1 percenter motorcycle clubs being the adult version of the gang minus the bullshit... like worryin about a brother capping me over some dumb shit ... the brotherhood ..real brotherhood is respect and true love .. not on some tough shit..all the time i mean when its time to hold it down do it .. but it aint about running around making everything hot ..putting brothers in jail... i love my people and family to much to go to jail for anything besides them... support the patch ...save the patch ...we got enough to worry about with harrassment due to just wearing a patch love ta see a video on how it is as in a 1 percenter club goes threw and what to be ready for when u do earn yer patch. Its happy birthday... much respect gunna watch some more of these.. good content... truth ... 1 percenter to me is being a man standing up for your family which is ur club i dont mean violently i mean... as in politically at times.. work smarter not harder. Love your stance on the protest so called ... arm and protect ur rights they want nothin more than to swing that army in to take control.

I appreciate you putting out accurate information. I don't ride yet and am somewhat ignorant to the rules but I find the culture interesting. I've come across a couple 1%ers and unknowingly ended up in a clubhouse with a friend once. They were a little intense at times but mostly laid back and always respectful to those who show respect. A little respect goes a long way in most cultures.

Sounds similar to fraternities and sororities, more specifically historical black organizations. They have been established for over a century at this point and serve as bodies to elevate its members and serve communities across the country and world through different initiatives and volunteering. It is a life long commitment for college men and women. Very similar in the bond you were speaking of.

# GHOSTIN 24/7 rain or shine. I agree with you brother about the 1% life its a whole different animal then gangs. I also agree that now a days everyone want to stark a bike club but don't want to ride and don't have a bike. I will be honest even starting a mc, rc, mm, mmc, ext. its harder then most people think it takes time and have to go through the right channels and everything has to be oked , its not as easy as slapping a patch on and saying I started this mc. you want to start a mc do it right. go out and get to know people ask questions gain knowledge and show respect to the clubs you talk to get in touch with your coc or ama and ask how to do everything properly. its way better then throwing a patch on and getting put in a bodybag because no one knows what's going on and your ridding around with enemy colors on just because there cool looking. take time to educate yourself.

My club was directly involved in the term being created. In the Holister event in 1947 the Pobob, Boozefighters, Marketstreet Commandos, and Galloping Goose MCs took over the town. After that event the AMA put out a statement with the famous drunk picture emerged in the paper stating that 99% of bikers where law abiding. It was taken as a badge of honor after that. The guy in the background of the photo was rumored to be part of my MC but that was never verified. (for photo and reference jalopnik.com/the-riot-and-the-photo-that-made-bikers-into-outlaws-1729051837 )

The famous cover picture was later confirmed to be posed by the photographer who took it and finally admitted the truth of the matter. It was set up, posed an taken. It was not a spontaneous happening. I do not know the history of the individual in the actual photograph.
@dickvansteijn41153 жыл бұрын
@@missedemrick that,s true. The photografer later confessed the famous picture was fully staged. Don,t know much of US 1% culture, in the Netherlands the story is different. I know Dutch 81 were firefighters, ambulancedrivers/first aid responders, mechanics drivers etc. Nowadays the authorities cracked down really hard on them after years in court being unsuccesfull to outlaw the 1% clubs here. It took over 10 years and now not a single club has a clubhouse and wearing their cuts is a crime. Ofcourse they went even deeper underground. They even went after Veterans MC whose only "crime" is they fought and bled for our country and after returning home they just were unable to fit back into society. So they organised into a MC for veterans only. I don,t know if they wear the 1% diamond but the Dutch authorities going after them I concider a crying shame.

I’m a Iraq war marine corps veteran and spent some time at the Veterans Hospital in a PTSD program. There were several hard core Vietnam vets in there. One old dude in particular was a in a mc. He had the red diamond and 1% on the inside of his forearm. He hinted around he killed someone is what it stood for. I never asked directly. He was a good ole dude to me. He was about 30 years older than me. But my question is, typically is the 1% diamond tattoo a different meaning than just wearing a patch?
