I just had my first session with craniosacral therapy and I have to say it was pretty special. If you feel unbalanced, confused, unsure about what you are doing in your life, just do some craniosacral therapy it will help even your brain put things in order and of course the feeling you have after that is special as well, it feels like you just got out of a long session of meditation. Just awesome, I recommend it for sure.

Hey Julian. Every time I'm getting a bit nervous from the tinnitus I'm going to your channel just to hear the words "it will get better" Anyway, more on topic for this video. I have a cranial sacral therapist who helps me with exactly these holds and I could really feel the resistance my body had vs letting go in the beginning. So yeah, it helps really well. I've never, however, experienced her holding my ears. Is it something I could suggest in my next session?

Julian, thank you very much for your tinnitus video. I've got a tinnitus client now and he is very interested in the work that we are doing for it. I've been an Upledger CST practitioner for 37 years, so when I say that your video is quite good, consider the source. 🥴 No really. 😉 My client is a restaurant owner, has sustained various motorcycle accidents and also is a competitive rifle shooter. Imagine the job I have to do and he wants results immediately if not sooner. He can feel the tone change as I settle in with his temporals. His avenue of release in the extremities need to be released first, so the path for the trapped energy is clear when the mother load starts to release. So it is definitely a process. Also, he goes into a "sleep breathing" soon after I begin, so sharing your video with him to explain what I am doing will be very helpful. Thank you and blessings in all of your efforts!

Excellent video. I hear 7 pitches in both ears at all times. But what I really need help with is severe primary insomnia. Might craniosacral therapy help with that? I don't have sleep-related anxiety. My sleep switch just won't go from on to off.

Cranial work can help you switch off and sleep better yes. Also there are techniques on my app in level one on the matrix that can help you sleep. Click on the matrix button, then the red banner and then look through the techniques. You can download it here: www.quietenapp.com Also please familiarise yourself with the videos and practices in the First Things First section. CST actually works. My tinnitus has immensely improved in just a few sessions. But other than that it cured my jaw pain in just the first session. I mean I can still hear my jaw click under some conditions but it doesn't hurt anymore. I have no idea scientifically how a physical joint issue is resolved by CST. Other than all these benefits it just feels really good. I would even say that it feels orgasmic.
@james_1195 жыл бұрын
ninjaturtle205 Just a heads up. The jaw shouldn’t click at all. Even without pain each click is causing micro trauma to your discs. My discs did the same without pain before they became displaced and I’ve had to seek specialised treatment.

I still don't understand what you actually do. Why would improve somebody's health just by placing hands here and there?
@trickyrat4835 жыл бұрын
Because he's charging cold, hard non-refundable cash for it. :) Not one single credible medical study backs up this form of treatment for tinnitus. The folks who have taken it and commented on forums suggest it has done nothing for them. As for those who say they've noticed an improvement after 3 months to 2 years of this - well, yes, of course you have: but any other reasonable form of self-therapy would have achieved the exact same result over the same timescale. Seriously, save yourself a fortune and just look at the medical literature and best practice, then be strong enough to cure yourself. I did it - from extremely chronic tinnitus - so you can you. No need for expensive quackery like this.

I honestly believe those that got better just had it temporarily and it went away for unknown reasons and were very lucky they didn’t have it for life. The rest of us just have to deal with it and learn how to not think of it. Some say it gets better but I honestly believe people learn how to live with it. Everyone who asks him something it’s go to the app $$$. It’s about the money. I don’t think there is a cure period. Not being negative but there’s only a handful of people on KZbin that got better.

It's not all about money. I get a lot of satisfaction helping people. I am a therapist because I like doing this. If I wanted to make money I would be a lawyer or a banker or in marketing. The reason I have created an app is because, having put 200 videos out there for free (a sign that I am not in this for the money), one of the problems is that people get flipped into scary, negative videos that can make people feel very distressed and make tinnitus worse. There are also lots of negative comments underneath the videos which cause fear and anxiety. I am asking £70 for a year's membership which is less than one session of therapy in London. This is pretty cheap if you think about it. With this membership you get bi-weekly on-line support in Q&A Sessions. I have a lot of experience helping people. You could spend £300 with an ENT to be told there is nothing you can do if you want. ENTs do refer people to my app and to me because I have a lot of experience. www.quietenapp.com What do you do? Why don't you do it for free? Why don't you share your professional knowledge to help others? Please answer. I would like to know where you work and what you do.

If you go to my app www.quietenapp.com and go to the documents section you will see a file called: "Positive Feedback." There are 130 cases of people getting better. This is not getting used to it. I'm talking about hearing nothing in a quiet room. If you are interested in my own personal journey of how I got back to silence please read my book here: www.amazon.co.uk/Long-Tide-Silence-Julian-Cowan-ebook/dp/B07CWMXTGG/ref=sr_1_3?crid=3VWCT1O8K5P3O&keywords=julian+cowan+hill&qid=1687763307&sprefix=%2Caps%2C120&sr=8-3

I have the tinnitus that can compete with noises like tv and people talking and the tinnitus getting louder around fans and stuff. It's been 5 months and I dont know why my tinnitus worsens at the end of the day . My tinnitus can go from mild or moderate to severe or catastrophic. Is there a way I can contact you to talk to you? Could I give you my email ? Actually I found out how to contact you so I'll tell you then.

Thanks for your message. Sounds like you are still in a highly reactive state. Best to do what you can do to bring your system into a calmer state of safety. We could organise a Skype session to talk about how to do this and set up the necessary support network around you to get you on the road to recovery. Send me an email to info@Juliancowanhill.co.uk and we can set something up If you go to my Quieten app there are loads of techniques and approaches that can be helpful there. Best wishes Julian
