Demonstrative Adjectives and Pronouns: Using Questo and Quello

In English, we use the words this and that quite a bit. This is great! Give me that! So how can we do this in Italian? We can use the words "questo" and "quello". Let's learn the grammar associated with these words now.

Can we use Quale Instead of Che in Che calzini vuoi? Since the subject has to make a choice from the given options. Isn't it appropriate to use which?

Just wanted to tell you that you need to do some work on these thumbnails. There is just lot of stuff at once thrown into one image that makes people overwhelmed and then they don't even want to check what's in the video because the thumbnail itself hurts their eyes. No offense.
