Bro even a $0 minimum wage would not slow down these things. A robot is infinitely more efficient than any human, you are dumb as shit. The problem is capitalism.
@robertzeurunkl84013 жыл бұрын
@@MajorasWrath1 Maybe stick to brushing your doll's hair, ok sweetie? The adults are talking. You are obviously young and inexperienced (or old and really dumb). Robots by their very definition are not more efficient than humans, except in the very rigid, static paths in which they are programmed to work (which is my business, btw, as a software engineer). Their efficiency rate outside of that track is literally ZERO. But above that, you are completely missing the point, and instead you simply repeated back to me what I already said. Then called me _"dumb"._ How dumb is that? And _Capitalism is the problem,_ coming from someone who just said, and I quote, _"$0 minimum wage would not slow these things down",_ as if there were any logical connection between those two completely unrelated points.
@MajorasWrath13 жыл бұрын
@@robertzeurunkl8401 yes you are a software engineer which guarantees you are braindead at most other topics, especially anything remotely related to social topics. The atomised nature of your comment and delusion that these things aren't interconnected are proof enough of that. Stick to wasting your time reinventing the software wheel endlessly as a result of capitalism closing off most knowledge behind nonsense like "copyright" and "patents"

Uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh................................you realize that you don't need a robot that can slide up the warehouse shelves, right? You basically just need a driverless forklift that can elevate to the higher levels. How much money did you waste on this project? This is a ridiculously bad way to solve a simple problem, and for that reason, I'm out.
@jahnkaplank86263 жыл бұрын
$15 per hour, meet your replacement, thanks to Xiden.
@CarstenNRW3 жыл бұрын
you have to be a slow picker if you need the minimum wage of 15 bucks to really earn 15 bucks per hour. Normally you make more that 15 bucks if you aren't so slow that a company doesn't want you with or without such a minimum wage. But it's not about this, question is how long will it take to replace even the best pickers from a financial perspective.

@@robertzeurunkl8401 A benefit to who? The displaced workers? Do you even think before you type?
@robertzeurunkl84013 жыл бұрын
@@MajorasWrath1 Yes. Displacing workers is a benefit to a capitalist business model, just as anything else that reduces labor costs. Again, I really don't think you have any idea what capitalism is. Are we talking about the same thing? I'm talking about the robots.

Suggest a good alternative to capitalism that doesn't result in authoritarianism.
@robertzeurunkl84013 жыл бұрын
@@pittraider1221 That's the problem. As a Christian, I lean more towards Socialism. Let's face it. I'm pretty sure God's economy is not based on predatory profiteering. But We also have to account for fallen human nature which is, by default, selfish and evil. Every attempt at socialism will always fail because the believers always fail to take into account human nature. We don't always act in the best interest of others above and ahead of ourselves. In fact, none of us do. Ever. We all work in our own self-interest. And in this world, we have to. Socialism is doomed by man's corrupted and fallen nature. Captiralism is poisoned by it in the same way (ie, that predatory capitalism thing). Somewhere between predatory Capitalism, and doomed socialism is the answer. And the truth is, it's in the Gospel of Jesus Christ: "Let every one of you love your neighbor as much as yourself, and each esteem the other a better than themselves". But even in the Church, we are all still fallen, broken human beings. We have no hope of ever fixing this until Jesus comes. So, hang in there, bro. In the meantime, that's where repentance and forgiveness comes in and keeps the peace between us. ;-)
