There's so many advantageous in breeding your own seeds . My number 1# is mac 1 with a cheese , to make mac & cheese . It's been the fastest growing plant I have ever grown with some of the best bud I have ever seen. I have 21 different strains growing right now and my mac&cheese is at least twice the size of anything else. But like he said with the mac1 genetics it's hard to get a good plant from seed . Its best to take clones .

You’re wrong about the water leaf is connected directly to the bud next to it & if you cut it the bud won’t grow. You only need the 4 top fan leaves on any branch to keep the plant growing.

I find cutting off leaves can leave a small bit of stem that can rot and cause issues later, I prefer the "pop" technique

Yeah but you ain’t just walking in from outside in street shit especially in a sterile Grow ie inert medium using no beneficials because there’s no competition for space so outbreaks are the norm once you get a slight issue. Harder to control it when you don’t have beneficials taking up the real estate on the plants and in the room should you get something. So for “sterile” grows you better have SOPs that are all about cleanliness. Much more than an organic room that you never “sterilize”.
