Den of Thieves is one of the best I have seen in a while. I say that because I actually took sides with the bad guy's. I did this because of their time in the Military and the bond they carried with them, I can relate. The training that was involved, was awesome and I only have a few problems, but nothing worth mentioning. I will watch it again. HOOAH!!!

This movie had a performance from a few movies back in the day, from the movie heat and others combined into one, I have to say by far , this movie with this actor just did it right, den of thief’s was outstanding the acting was also a star cast, from the bartender to the cops and especially 50 cents , I mean it can only get batter if they can make a part 2, and he lived at the end, coming back to the bank robbery’s again, To the producers and writers , make him live at the end, he goes to jail and escaped coming back to get the cops who put him there again, U can make it work ! Same actors a must ! Love the movie and especially these actors are brilliant! Oscar winners throughout!

This movie was a masterpiece. Riggt so here's the deal.. I stand for good and not evil but In this movie I took sides with the "bad" guys (Merriman amd his crew).Number 1 they were ex military and had discipline.Number 2 they were well restrained and humble compared to big nick(especially at the dinner scene).. nick was just walking running his mouth hiding behind that badge.. Merriman humbly stood up and told him He didn't appreciate the popping off in front of his family.Merriman was humble at the gun range and walked out after nick was stalking him.. Merriman let nick leave the apartment when he could has mopped nick right then and there.. nick didn't even have his gun . Now here's the deal if you pay attention to characters.. when Merriman walked in to the apartment and seen his girlfriend then nick walked out and seen merriman.. nick was pretty much paralyzed with fear.. stopped dead in his tracks... no gun.. no back up.. Merriman was standing there smiling with that (you know I can mop you if I want to) attitude.. then slowly walks up to nick and stares him in the eyes indicating.. "I'm not the least bit scared of you" .... then walks right by never looking back... nick standing there I'm shock then kind of whistles to blow off the anxiety when Merriman walks into the bedroom.. THAT SAYS EVERYTHING about the characters.Merriman showed mercy to everybody he could and he always made it clear that nobody had to get hurt .. he wasn't intentionally hurting people only when they became a threat.he was only there for the money... which is awesome. Comparing him to big nick ....Merriman was twice the man.. with twice the heart and loyalty and integrity. when he said something.. he would do it... when he did something he did it right. Big nick cheated on his wife.. was sloppy mannered... not humble at all... pretty much hid behind the badge... barged into people's houses. Withoit the badge and state funds Merrimans crew would have wrecked them.. no question about it.. nick knew this. Don't get me wrong nick was not a gut to mess with but he wasn't merriman. Movie was fantastic ... very well scripted and rolled.. everybody done a great job .. i would have liked to seen Merriman live though the deal and find out that Donnie screwed him over.. it would have made the second movie interesting.. I could actually picture Merriman and the regulators teaming up and going after Donnie and splitting the cash. The whole movie you could tell the regulators very much respected Merriman they knew he was the real deal and wasn't a joke... I lf it wasn't for all the heat he could pretty much be unstoppable with his skill set,combat experience,leads to military people and intelligence.

I seen it yesterday and I didn't care for it to much. When he uses the saw that whole scene was wack asf. The bad guys cld only hit the cops in the arm or legs and the cops were hitting them dead on. Neck shots. When he is at the shooting range he unloads fast asf and is dead accurate but can't hit someone in the robbery. Fuck that. I guess I was pissed bc I hate the police and wanted them to get away.
