No it wouldn't. Pre Covid, steamboat's to IoM or Merseyside flopped from Llandudno. Where would these hovercraft journeys go from Rhyl? not forgetting how they were financially ruinous 1st time round when ppl had a lot less entertainment to select from & where would these passengers come from in large enough numbers? Who the hell would leave their car unguarded for half a day in Rhyl without having to fork out even more? Rhyl needs inward investment.
