Those trees are Sitka Spruce, which are native to the Pacific coast USA. They can grow over 50 metres in their natural environment 7% of Ireland is covered in Sitka spruce. From a environmental aspect Sitka spruce is of no value. at all. Grown in close proximity in forests it is devoid of any nature or wildlife. Needles from the spruce fall on the ground and causes acidity. Most European countries have stopped planting Sitka Spruce because of the environmental damage it causes. Great video👍👏

Great info, thanks. There was a friend of mine he got into trouble for population a river about 20 years back it turned out it was a nearby forestry
