Just purchased your mulcher head and about to sharpen my teeth for the first time. They had a technician go over everything on it and show me how to sharpen blades but I have a bad short term memory and really needed this video. Thanks for this

Which 30 mm socket are you using there? It looks like you have some sort of reducer to fit in between the tight area around the nut? thanks!

about how much does it cost to rebuild a head and does that include new teeth and what is the time frame im looking to buy a used one later on upgrade to new one

It would be a custom project, we can help you with providing a rotor or certain parts. It's very difficult to estimate. you should talk to the rep in your region. Can you tell me where you are from ?

Just ask to the dealer where you bought your machine. Theses knives are only compatible with DC Mulchers.

DENIS CIMAF Inc. I just want a gas grinder because its an awesome tool. I work for a land clearing company where we run two supertrak sk170s and a komatsu excavator with a cimaf mulcher heads. I saw the grinders at work and i need one just to play around with. Ill be sure to give you guys a call in the next few weeks.
