Thank you Denise ❤ i do an hour of your exercises everyday now 😊 im 56 i did your aerobics when i pregnant on 1991 and 1993 then 1998. Then recently i was talking to my pregnant daughter about you and i looked you up and there you are looking great 😃. Its helped me as i just lost my sister to cancer . I feel like this is helping me get out of bed and helping me mentally and making me feel so much better 🫶🫶🫶🩷🩷🩷🩷🫂
