Customer Service is so imperative! I work in the Social Services field and it irritates my spirit when I hear coworkers speak about how annoyed they are dealing with clients all day; the reason for our employment. I used their matcha before but I wasn’t consistent. But I can say when I did drink it, I had to pee a lot more throughout the day. Hey Denise! Good Customer service is dead, it irritates my soul which is why I do a lot of pickup orders now before I end up banned from a store or worse and I can say so many things about how black people treat vs white people but I digress.

I’ve worked as a customer service representative and so I expect professionalism. Chik fil a gives it everytime!! Love it!!! It’s rare so when you do receive it let that let that person know how much you appreciate the service.
