No , no and no , Because a basecoat leaves a tacky layer.

I actually JUST BOUGHT the glue gel like a month ago ☹️ but I was having problems with the foils like cracking after a few days, if that makes sense? There's like little cracks or lines where the foil is no longer, and you can just see the color of my polygel underneath in those cracks, but then I just saw where you showed those tips and I was applying base coat before the gel and I was definitely overcuring because I was thinking about the sticky tackiness of the Basse coat, and I thought it would add extra strength to help my foils hold on longer. Also I don't have a no wipe top coat, but on the nails that I forgot to put base coat on, they still look perfect, and I've had these on for like a month, (I've gotta take them off today cuz 1. I need a fill, 2. I just got my new jelly polygel kit in yesterday 😍) but yeah, girl, thanks so much for all your videos!
