The heat friendly wig looks more like real hair because it isn’t as shiny as the short wig. Love the longer wig. I just wish they came in white like my own hair.

The longer one has a more rich brown and subtle well distributed highlights. The short one looks reddish in the light and the highlights look more yellow, not gold to me.

Besides the color difference between the two fibers, this was actually the most vivid example of the difference in shine that I have ever seen between the fibers; I think you showed that very well, especially outside.

Yes, that definitely came across. When I first started wearing wigs I avoided heat friendly wigs (actually for the first few years) and so had no idea this was a thing.... I think my brain wouldn't register the shine on regular synthetic since I didn't have any other options and so I said in a number of videos that I am not shine sensitive... well now that I have human hair and heat friendly synthetic I definitely notice the shine more now!

The brunette regular is much richer. Very pretty. I've not had luck with my heat friendly wigs. I want to stick with Non- heat friendly.

The synthetic also seems to have chunkier highlights and more auburn-ish. My Brighton is highlighted with lots of chunky highlights and reddish on the whole. I was disappointed, but I am dealing with it. Thanks, Denise.

The problem with heavy highlights is that they can very. On another Meritt the highlights might not be as chunky, likewise on other James they might be more chunky. Just one of the many things that makes this journey hard!
